Employee Well Being Program

Our top priority is our employees' safety, health, and well-being. Our primary objectives in this area are to ensure our employees' safety, assure they receive proper medical care, and provide a comfortable, safe, and healthy environment in which they work.

Commitment to a Health & Safety Program

E5 Group believes that it has an obligation to provide its employees with a safe and healthful work place. Employees should expect to leave work in as good or better condition as when they arrived. E5 Group has invested a substantial amount of money to set up and mange a safety program for the protection of its employees. E5 Group's Health & Safety Program surpasses the requirements of Occupational Health & Safety legislation.

Employee Heath Benefits Coverage

Our Health Insurance protects you and your family against financial losses resulting from sickness or accidental bodily injury. It also helps you manage the unexpected costs of prescription drugs and dental care. Health care costs are going in just one direction – up. Safe & Healthy Work Environment

E5 Group believes that if you are spending one third to one half of your day in an office setting then your surroundings there are as important as those in your home. E5 Group offices are housed in a Class A work space with above standard individual work spaces as well as high security and building access systems. We are located in the beltline district with easy access from all areas of the city and public transit only 1/2 block away. We offer a well equipped luncheon area with a full kitchen as well as an outdoor leisure space. There is free parking with electric service plugs as well as showers and a steam bath for employee use.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program is a free and confidential program that provides emergency financial assistance, social services, and career counseling to current E5 Group employees.

Employee Vacation/Time Off Program

E5 Group's vacation entitlement program is above industry standards. In addition to vacation days and Canadian Statutory Holiday's, E5 Group employees are provided with supplemental days off. We also offer a time off with pay program when special circumstances have warranted the situation.

Employee Charitable Fund

E5 Group is a company committed to the community in which we live and do business. Our commitment takes many forms, with special attention to supporting and promoting local causes. E5 Group employees are eligible to have their personal group contributions to not-for-profit charitable organizations and educational institutions, matched by the company.
