Sales & Business Development Representative:
Responsibilities include:
- Sales
- Sales Follow up
- Client Relationship Development and Maintenance
- Development and execution of sales & marketing plans
- Working collaboratively with other E5 sales, marketing and operations staff
Knowledge & Experience Required includes:
- University degree in Engineering ( Electrical or Mechanical)
- Post Secondary Business Education with emphasis on sales and marketing
- Management Skills Training
- Minimum of 10 years experience in sales, marketing and business development in related industry
Inside Sales & Support Representative
Responsibilities include:
- Client support, follow-up and relationship management
- Preparation and submission of bid/tender responses
- Participation in bid/tender development, distribution & evaluation for subcontractors
- Application engineering including participation in the planning & formulation of solution design with clients
Knowledge & Experience Required includes:
- Post secondary Electrical or Mechanical Engineering education
- Previous experience in communication & assisting in the development, maintenance and servicing of client accounts
- Post-secondary education in business &/or marketing would be an asset as would experience in electrical/mechanical technical sales.
Service Technician
Responsibilities include:
- Installation Verification, Start Up and Commissioning services
- Ongoing Predictive/Preventative Maintenance
- Corrective Maintenance and/or Emergency Services
- Product & Service Delivery
Knowledge & Experience Required includes:
- Post Secondary Technology Diploma (electrical or mechanical engineering)
- Certified Technician (C. Tech), or equivalent, from an accredited institution
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Passport
- Valid Security Clearance
- Experience working in Data Centre environments
- Experience working with 3 phase power systems
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to establish positive working relationships
