Employment Philosophy

Our success depends on the efforts of our employees, who are dedicated to both customer service and our strong business ethics. It is our objective to attract the best possible employees, contract resources and partnerships.

E5 is committed to providing its employees with a work environment that is the envy of our industry. We will continually strive to improve the quality of the work environment for all who participate.

A few of our employment principles:

  • Provide clear and fair terms of employment.
  • Provide clean, healthy and safe working conditions.
  • Provide a culture that is vibrant, interesting and diverse with free and open communication and collaboration at all levels.
  • Ensure that E5 remains a viable business entity through diversification of its workforce and their individual levels of expertise. This will involve cross training and providing the opportunities for employees to participate in all areas of the business while maintaining their core responsibilities. We will ensure that the business has sufficient strength and depth so that its success is not dependant on a single individual. The business will be built on shared information and shared expertise through which both clients and employees benefit.
  • Contract, full-time and consultant resources will be utilized throughout our growth to bring new talents and/or ideas into the corporation. In doing so, we will all continue to grow personally by learning from each other. It is important that E5 provides a feeling of security to its employees so that barriers associated with job security can be lowered.
  • Ensure that E5 remains dynamic and is an interesting and challenging place to work, where job satisfaction for all who are employed is maintained.
  • Ensure that the growth is maintained so that there is forward movement for its employees within the organization. E5 must offer a career versus a job; therefore, it must hire, to the best of its ability, with long-term expectations.
  • Ensure that none of the E5 employees are subject to unreasonable workloads. This principal must apply at all levels of the corporation.

E5 is an equal opportunity employer.
